• As Program Director in Software Development, I lead the strategic direction and execution of all Medical Device Connectivity projects, including the IoT Platform, Injector Data Utilization Datalake, associated analytics products, Injector Service Digitization Projects, and the modernization of the next-generation Injector Operating System.
• In my role, I serve as the Core Team Leader for the majority of these initiatives, defining the project execution path in alignment with governance requirements. I collaborate closely with functional stakeholders and senior management to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.

Through effective vendor management, I successfully saved 1.5m million euros for R&D, enhancing our operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• A key achievement in my role has been the development of the "Commercial Intelligence Radiology EMEA (CIRE)" dashboard, powered by robust data foundations including SAP HANA, SnowFlake, and SharePoint. This Power BI-based dashboard provides comprehensive analytics on commercial excellence, price and volume trends, new and lost customer dynamics, and a fluid sales funnel. Additionally, it offers a fully integrated 360-degree view for Key Account Managers, consolidating critical information on products, customers, and sales services.
• In alignment with Bayer Radiology's vision of becoming a solution provider, I have collaborated with R&D teams to conceptualize and architect a new Radiology Injector Data Utilization Software.
