Here's my story! (This is the good part. I have my fair share of failures.) A Growth Generalist driven by first-principles thinking and a strong bias for action, guided by the 4Ps: Purpose, Persistence, Patience and Positivity. At 17 years old, I was a pro-e-sports player in Clash of Clans with the No.1 Indian clan (team), consistently ranked among the top 20 in India and top 100 in the world individually, which had over ~100 million players at that time. Started as a part-time employee at University with the Department of Alumni Relations to analyse & maintain data of more than 1,00,000 alumni. Handle public relations by managing 120+ students and leading the events for the research and project cell with 25 members. After exposure in analytics, marketing, events and stakeholder management, I started my professional career in the 3rd year of B.Tech as an international business developer managing clients across 4 continents in an IT outsourcing firm. Later, based on the performance, I had an internal transfer to work with Co-founders and the CEO towards the growth of the short video app, which consequently acquired more than ~10 million users. (Got an acqui-hiring opportunity with a billion-dollar short video App). In the 24-month stint at my first organisation, I was promoted thrice for my contribution in strategy, community building, operations, analytics, marketing, CRM, alliances, and business development. (I know It's a lot, but that's what start-ups require, and I was very happy with my progress) After that, I joined Coding Ninjas(CN) as a Growth Manager to build and scale a professional bootcamp, reporting to the Business Head, exceeded lead acquisition KPIs, researched, negotiated and integrated multiple products for data tracking, automation and scaling the business to multi-fold in revenue. Led the growth team, which expanded to 5 members, built SOPs for ToF and MoF operations, and constantly experimented with CRM communications, reactivations and referrals. Daily analysed the performance marketing data. After CN became a subsidiary of Info Edge Group, I led the new project Naukri Masterclass team of 30 to generate zero to 9-figure revenue. Currently, managing new initiatives @ CN, working with founders. I've completed the ISB Emerging Leaders Program, YCombinator startup school, On Deck marketing fellowship and GGI Impact Leadership. I do pro-bono consulting and mentor college grads into internships. If you’re still with me, let’s not be strangers - life’s too short for that.
