👩🏻‍💻 A deep overthinker turned into a passionate Product Designer. Problem-solving and design combo has always been my dopamine hit. ⚡️ I have been a curious soul since a kid, asking a lot of questions and overthinking them, which has paid off well for me. Working on products that aim to solve a problem for the greater good is what I am always hungry to be part of. 🤖 Creativity is something that comes naturally to me. Wanted to pursue this, but nothing seemed that breathtaking. Was then introduced to UX/UI, which creative yet problem-solving domain and I am totally in love with it. 🌟 I have worked in various domains including ed-tech, the health sector, and job portals. All these sectors have added to my skills of thinking in a broad perspective keeping all the acquisition strategies, onboarding, referral programs, engagement, and retention in check while designing. UX/UI designer for both website and OkayGo app.
Worked on the user journey of advance payments, and weekly payments feature in the OkayGo Elfex app. Designed the flow for delivery partners to take advance payments at a minimal fee.
Woked end-to-end and designed an internal app for recruiters (delivery partner recruiter) to automate the flow thus decreasing the manual effort by 90%. The recruiter app is an internal dashboard that helps recruiters to manage the leads, respond to them, raise queries, closely observe the partner till 1 month after being onboarded and manage their payment cycles.
Designed and launched the Refer and earn campaign at Okaygo.
