• Was part of the Earner Eligibility charter in the Mobility division. Incubated a small pod for this initiave here in Bangalore. Primarily it was a learning stint here where I had got this great oppertunity to learn about the various processes and workflows related to an earner onboarding journey within Uber.

• Led the team that developed the product for In-Store Fulfilment of eCommerce orders - Pickup & Delivery of Online Groceries & General Merchandise. This is a global product for the US, UK, Canada, and Mexico markets. The product also integrates with multiple robotic technologies to automate various stages of fulfilment.
• Managed the entire Pre-Pick vertical of the GIF org where I led a team of 21 members spanned across three pods namely Order Manager(OM), Home Office(HO) and Pick Advisor(PA).
• Steered the Fulfilment as a Service (FaaS) initiative with respect to the Indian pods, this initiative was aligned with the externalization strategy of Walmart to provide the cloud based enterprise fulfilment solutions to the external clients/vendors.
• Implemented best practise software engineering processes, leading to faster development through
• software re-use and also reducing the number of defects encountered in the staging environment by
• having appropriate backend automation covered for all the major/critical workflows.

• Led the Optimizer pod with a team strength of 8 members.
• Primary responsibilities include leading the team and organization by planning, collaborating, guiding and delivering solutions and ensuring that the architecture adhere to industry best- practices for scalability, maintainability, usability, availability, extensibility, security, and portability.
• Devised and Implemented an optimization engine which was responsible for generating pick walks having both optimizied pick path and bin packing solutions encapsulated in the same to faciliate the Picker's performance at a given store/warehouse.

• Involved in leading couple of fulfillment pods of the Walmart's in-house product known as Global Integrated Fulfilment (GIF) System. I was primarily involved in architecting, designing and steering my pods in implementing its solution efficiently and effectively.

• EFI Pace is a Management Information System (MIS) exclusively designed for the print industry to manage operational processes like Estimating, Scheduling, Purchasing, Inventory, Planning, Shop floor data collection, Job Costing, Receivables, Payables, Accounting, Reporting and Analysis.
• Involved in horizontal scaling our application via HazelCast distributed caches along with the sharding of our Postgresql database.
• Involved in creating an alternative UI framework using Spring MVC coupled with KendoUI and FreeMarker templates.
• Mentoring and leading a technically sound team of 7 members, involves deeply in regular SDLC processes(preparing roadmaps, QLPs).
• Point of contact for any Customer escalations related to outages, performance and business rules issues.

• Involved in implementation and requirements gathering of EIRP (Educational Institute Resource Planning), an ERP product of Integra that inculcates management best practices to the administration process in education. The Application supports for various functionality to boost the management of any educational Institute, which includes, Administration, Admission, Library Management, Finance, Examination, Hostel Management and various other modules which facilitates the overall Administration of an Institute.
• Involved in implementation of iFMS (Fleet Management System), another product of Integra which is highly effective in managing the Vehicle Fleet of an Organization. FMS helps an Organization to effectively manage their fleets by managing its Fuel Consumptions/Usage, Insurance Reminder, Maintenance, Battery Management, Drivers Management, Fleet Transfers and above all the application is integrated with a GPS device which helps in tracking down the individual vehicle at a given time.
• Implemented my first Project which was called as PCC (Process Control Center), an intranet tool for managing quality processes of an organization, the tool catered from Bug tracking systems to Code review mechanisms and later on we added couple of good modules namely Performance Appraisals and Resume Library for HR.
