• 1. Developed a risk evaluation and mitigation solution - It ingests different events, enriches them with information from external systems, generates aggregated metrics and evaluates risk to take near real-time actions based on a combination of real-time ML predictions and rules. Actions are followed up by SMS/Email/Push notifications to impacted entity and each evaluation document is warehoused for analytics.
• 2. Optimized and improved the extensibility of a system -
• a. Increased maintainability of the system and reduced future dev effort by reducing rule complexity from 2^n to n rules.
• b. Identified and fixed an edge case issue to enable concurrent actions by multiple actors on a single entity.
• c. Reduced downstream calls by 70%
• 3. As part of the team's transition to a completely new charter, I dived deep and took ownership of multiple systems to enable development of future projects. Provided long term support and guidance to the team which inherited our charter as SME of multiple systems.
• 4. Developed components of a critical time-constrained project to comply with government mandates. Worked with multiple teams in a war room unblocking and resolving issues in their interaction with our system.
