Experienced in order to provide the correct root analysis for all the Field Testing and machine testing issues (Crash, Functional and KPI ) •Regular interaction and Coordination with ODM team over the issues of upcoming or after sales models, on quality related problems. •Develop/Update different test cases and plans. •Implementation of corrective actions for resolving the problems in the testing samples in the time limit. •Field testing & UE Log Analysis of samples with all operators to set a benchmark with reference handsets •Expertise in Field Testing /Log Analysis of 4G LTE/IMS/CA/ 3G/2G mobile phones,Smart Phones. •Communication with the R&D to fix the major issues and helping them do the Retesting and Regression testing as required. •Maintaining the bug tracking/triage/Analysis and reporting system. •Resolving technical requirements by communicating with client (Worked with major giants :Qualcomm, Intel and MTK) •Lead a team of Software Engineers and guide them technically to realize project goals •Assign work to software Engineers in the team and evaluate and manages their performance. •Support to recruit engineering personnel, technical staffing and project team’s formation. •Supervise engineering deliverables. •Manage continuing support and provide system metrics for client facing products. •Present project management backup as required. •Help translation of business requirements into technical needs and actions. •Supervise reporting responsibility for engineers •Ensure software engineering personnel is suitably trained to perform all job function and suitably use project and software related tools. •Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques •Measure & track project performance using appropriate tools to analyze the successful completion of goals. •Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
