• For a brief period, I had the opportunity to work with Advantage Fintech as a consultant. My main task was to assist them in revamping their range of products and developing a full-scale design system. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with the team at Advantage Fintech to ensure that the end result met their expectations and was aligned with their vision for the company.

• DRI for an internal tool for the Conversation design team which increased the efficiency of the product by 3x

• Led the design of an AI-based customer support tool that predicts the workflows in real-time
• Worked closely with Fortune 500 companies such as P&G, Unilever, AB InBev, etc in understanding the problems and designing unique user experiences solving some of the complex problems in customer support
• Defining a UX strategy and design direction for both the Voice & Email product
• Led a team of 2 designers in building the design system and the brand identity
• Handled the end-to-end design kit which included logo, marketing, and branding such as letterheads, business cards, ID cards, Bottles, etc

• Led the designs for both the guest and host sides of the mobile platform
• Created a design system for Stazilla mobile applications
• Revamped 80% of the product on the mobile platform in under 2 months which ensured the mobile platform was in sync with the web platform
• Led 2 major user pieces of research which focused on booking dropout & onboarding experience.

• Key responsibilities involve understanding the client's objectives, be it a website or a portal, or an app, bench-marking with the latest design trends and practices, suggesting design approaches, illustrating with paper sketches for the home page or an initial screen, working with the client and users for feedback and evolving the design iteratively.
• Designing websites, portals, and apps for Android and iOS platforms. Most applications were designed for Android involving messaging, GPS, camera, gallery, file manager, contacts, and dialer.
