I've spent 16 years figuring out why products fail — and building the systems that make them succeed. As a Director of Product Management at Bounteous x Accolite, I work at the intersection of business strategy and product delivery. My job is to take complex, ambiguous problems — unclear goals, misaligned stakeholders, bloated backlogs — and turn them into focused roadmaps that actually ship. I've done this across US Telecom, US Healthcare, Retail, E-Commerce, Travel, and Banking, so I'm comfortable with both the regulatory weight of healthcare and the speed demands of e-commerce. What I'm really good at is the stuff that doesn't show up in job descriptions: getting executive stakeholders and engineering teams to trust each other, building product practices from scratch inside organizations that never had them, and developing PMs who can eventually do the job without me. I currently lead a team of 20 product managers, and the part I enjoy most is watching them grow. I've had the privilege of doing this work at Thoughtworks — which shaped how I think about product, craft, and delivery rigor — and now at scale across global client accounts at Accolite. Outside the work itself, I wrote about Product Discovery for Accolite's platform because I think most companies start building before they understand the problem. That gap is expensive. I'm now looking for my next Director of Product Management role — ideally somewhere that takes product seriously at the leadership level, not just as a feature factory.
