Technologies used Neo4j, Cypher, HLS, SQS (AWS Message Queueing), Python and Django.
• Investigated and worked on Postgresql database optimizations for a better system performance and also to bring down the RDS cost. Brought down peak time CPU consumption by around 60%.
• Designed and developed a central logging system for making critical logs available to everyone across teams and bring in more transparency. Also, this enables to debug/fix a production issue in a faster and easier way. Tech used, Elasticsearch, Python, Django, Kibana. Also, integrated Elastic APM.
