• Product: Self Inspection-New product to make car inspection seamless and contact less. Camera which will detect the scratch and dents of the car and give accurate price to the customer. The cycle time of physical inspection was 45 mins and the cycle time of Self-inspection was less than 10 mins.
• Markets: India (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune), Argentina, Indonesia and Colombia.
• Objectives of the role: Hypothesis Testing, User research, UX testing, Increasing Adoptability, Automation, reducing drop-off, finding partners in different markets and finally increasing the Lead to conversion ration along with procuring a greater number of cars.
• Key Results Delivered: Lead Conversion Ratio increase from nil to 5% and 8.2%, in India and Argentina respectively. Procured more than 200 cars across the tenure of 4 months of launching the product, Camera Drop off was reduced by 13%, CTR of push notification was improved by 2%. Integration with ZOOP.one to automating the detail filling process, which reduced 9 steps into 1 step, found and took demo with partners in different economies.
