At Microsoft Ireland, I lead multiple engineering teams (60+ engineers, architects, and EMs) and incubated these teams from the ground up in Dublin for the Business & Industry Copilot group. I drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, distributed systems powering Microsoft’s commercial and consumer support experiences. My work spans Dynamics 365, Azure, Azure DevOps, microservices, data platforms, and AI-driven automation at enterprise scale.
