• A project involving Volumetric Scene Capture
• The overall goal of Project UTU is to generate a toolkit for a near real-time multi-spectral volumetric point cloud capture / data pipeline optimization / data meshing (for 3d visualization) / mesh shading (for 3d visualization) / and pattern matching protocols for extrapolating object data from the data field.
• I was in the Database and UI team of the project. I used MongoDB as the backend Database to store RGBD data, Spectroscopic Data and 2D depth data coming from 3D cameras taking images from different angles and unifying the images into a single data set. I am helping my team build a DNFSPT file system using PyQt4
• The purpose of the system is to store files in form of Object ID’s in MongoDB along with metadata of the object like tags, texture properties etc. The user can search for files by name or tag and can upload files too. Faster searching is facilitated through the DB by searching for the name in the DB and using the path to retrieve that particular file

• During my internship in Zeesense Systems Pvt Ltd in the summer of 2013, I developed an app called CityFinder which helps find ATM’s, Banks, Restaurants etc. from the current location within a range of 70 km. In this app, given a range, using Google Maps API to find the current location, JSON data was delivered using Google Places API’s and that data was parsed to display the results on the map and click on the markers to display info about the place.
