• Pega had forayed into the vast expanses of Healthcare space and was at the precipice of developing great products. With my core expertise of 14+ years in US Healthcare with focus on the payer side, it was a win-win situation where I could try my hands at delivering a challenging product using the technical prowess of Pega. During this stint of almost 5 years, I had an enriching experience of developing product as well as getting first hand experience of supporting the implementation of the same. • 4. Delivering end to end projects with minimal defects and providing maximum client satisfaction

• Worked closely with the business users in understanding the requirements. Prepared the high level pseudo code and technical specifications document for the team to work on. Reviewed and tested the code to ensure it meets the business expectations.
