• Contributed to a ZeroTrust security product suite, branded “Cloudflare for Teams”. Worked included building a globally distributed edge application written using Cloudflare Workers for Identity and Access management services. Integrated with popular OAuth and SAML providers. Lead and authored an identity engine in Rust to integrate across the Cloudflare for Teams product offering. Shipped numerous features for an array of edge services written in Rust. Developed and updated Nginx modules in Lua for IAM at Cloudflare edges. Added multiple protocols to proxy tunneling service at the edge and client application for IAM and RBAC for non HTTP based protocols. Developed an infrastructure provision, deployment and management pipeline in GCP using Terraform and SaltStack. This included GKE, network, authentication gateway and storage resources. Designed and implemented a short lived SSH certificate feature for easier user management. Built the analytic integration for analytic and metric pipelines using, Go, Kafka and Clickhouse. Wrote and shipped multiple functional specifications, documentation and other technical guides for various projects across the product suite. Worked on Go based API and iOS app for a VPN service with millions of active daily users.

• Worked with Dollar Shave Club’s iOS app for over 2 years. Tasks included: An iOS animated WebP viewer, most of the custom animations, transitions, and UIs and many of the API implementations. Transitioned the app from a primarily Objective-C codebase to a Swift codebase. Maintained a 99% crash free usage with over 100k+ daily users. Grew the app from initial launch to over half million downloads. Won the 2017 Webby Design Award Winner for Best Shopping App.
• Developed a small fitness startup called FitClub. Designed, built, and launched the app from inception to submitting to the App Store in 3 months. Created a Go API for the iOS app that handled all the video, image, and data management of the app. Work included database queries to Postgres, searching with ElasticSearch, payment gateway using Stripe, Facebook login and event scheduling using Redis.
• Built the backend and ops pipeline for a friend making app called Instee. Developed an API written in Rails using Instagram as an OAuth provider and ElasticSearch cluster for high speed searching.
