I’m a Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner and Quality Engineering Leader with 13+ years of experience delivering enterprise software across global markets. I work across multiple SCRUMBAN delivery pods, ensuring requirement readiness, sprint planning, and consistent zero-defect weekly releases across perioperative healthcare platforms. I collaborate closely with Product Owners to translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and business workflows, while identifying impacted areas and ensuring testability from the start. I also lead end-to-end release validation and Cypress automation initiatives, contributing to framework design and test implementation. I’m passionate about transforming QA into a product intelligence capability, where quality teams not only validate systems but also help shape workflows, uncover risks early, and improve product decisions. I’m particularly interested in how AI can enhance quality strategy, risk prediction, and story clarity in Agile environments. Over the years, I’ve developed strong domain expertise across Healthcare IT, Property & Casualty Insurance, and US Mortgage, with hands-on experience in Cypress, Protractor, JavaScript, and Azure DevOps. As the next step in my journey, I’m actively transitioning toward Product Management, where I can combine domain expertise, delivery leadership, and product thinking to build impactful digital products.
