I developed an application integrated with a chatbot using the ZENVIA broker for scheduling appointments and exams, attendance confirmations, and rescheduling, along with a platform enabling the telemarketing team to exchange messages with the end patient. A real-world case study demonstrated a 33% reduction in no-shows at the client hospital. Another solution delivered was a decision support tool for the management of these same hospitals, featuring dynamic dashboards and charts where clients can access real-time data (via a socket server) on telemarketing team performance, service satisfaction surveys, and other data for insight gathering. I also succeeded in developing the financial module for a healthcare ERP, building the revenue collection, accounts payable, transaction history, and cash management sections from scratch.
