About

I’m CMO at Billion Dollar Boy, one of the world’s leading creator marketing agencies, and founder of FiveTwoNine, a creator community and research platform. My background is in creator and platform strategy. I scaled Maker Studios in Europe before the Disney acquisition, then spent five years at Meta as Head of Creator Innovation. At BDB I lead global marketing, brand strategy and thought leadership. At FiveTwoNine I’m building something I wish had existed earlier: a home for creators that treats them as the entrepreneurs they are. It’s also where I explore one of the biggest shifts in modern marketing: community is becoming the new infrastructure for brands. My mission is to make the creator economy more equitable and better understood. I keynote at conferences and events globally on the future of creator marketing, community and what is actually changing in this industry. Ad Age Tech Power List. Game-Changing Leader of the Year. The List 2025.

Founder & Head of FiveTwoNine, within the Billion Dollar Boy Group

Mar 2024Present · 2 yrs 2 mos · London Area, United Kingdom

  • I founded FiveTwoNine because creators were driving culture but operating without the strategic infrastructure given to every other part of the industry.
  • FiveTwoNine is a creator community and research platform, 3,500 members across London and New York. For creators, it’s a place to grow as entrepreneurs: access to community, investment in new ventures and the kind of strategic support that’s usually out of reach. For brands, it’s a way in, to real creator insight, and to expertise in building and activating communities of their own.
  • That intelligence directly informs the work at Billion Dollar Boy, which is what makes the combination unusual: genuine proximity to creators, at scale, feeding into one of the world’s leading creator marketing agencies.

  • As Head of Creator Innovation & Solutions for EMEA, I worked with some of the world’s biggest brands and top advertisers to define how they approached creator marketing for growth.
  • I advised CMOs, CEOs, and leadership teams across Europe, helping them build future-proof strategies rooted in emerging creator behaviours, product capabilities, and cultural relevance. I also led tentpole campaigns that embraced new technology and platform products, and delivered tangible impact for brands.
  • I contributed to the development of Meta’s global creator marketing strategy, a framework still in play today that helps brands unlock the creative ecosystem on Instagram and activate across Meta’s products in meaningful, scalable ways.
  • I led innovation work exploring virtual influencers, partnering with a philosopher and ethicist to build one of the first ethical frameworks for how brands and platforms can embrace emerging technologies responsibly.
  • My broader work included partnering with the University of Oxford on research into the role of augmented reality and spatial audio in creator content, delivering global thought leadership, training internal teams, and advising Meta product teams on building tools grounded in the realities of how creator marketing actually works.

  • I worked closely with the studio divisions, including Lucasfilm, Pixar, and Marvel Studios, to activate creator-led content strategies around major IP launches. I also collaborated with licensing teams to develop commercial opportunities across our digital slate.
