• Spire Health designs, manufactures, and sells a remote patient monitoring platform consisting of nearly invisible non-invasive respiratory and heart rate monitoring wearable sensors. The data is relayed, in real time, to our cloud where data is processed by machine learning algorithms which notify a team of clinical staff when changes associated with a decline in health are detected.
• Built and lead the product development organization consisting of scientists and engineers across 5 functional teams (Hardware, Firmware, ML/AI, Mobile, Cloud).
• Designed ultra-low power novel respiratory sensing mechanism capable of continuous (25Hz) monitoring for 60 days on a coin cell battery
• Successfully lead technical efforts to achieve FDA 510k clearance of our remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform.
• Commercially launched RPM platform with private pulmonology practices across the US and successfully received medicare reimbursement consisting of multiple millions in ARR.
• Launched multiple consumer wearables in Apple retail and other outlets across the US. Manufactured and sold over 200k units.
• Received multiple patents for novel form factor and respiration sensing mechanism
• Lead across multiple growth phases as well as an unfortunate downsizing

• Responsible for the overall integration, execution, stability, and timely delivery of low level components across several families of Qualcomm SnapDragon SoC's running the QNX RTOS
• Drive initial boot loader and driver bring-up across several families of MSM chipsets
• Performed extensive power management optimization, feature development, and functional debug to help achieve extremely low sleep and active power goals
