Bernice Mercy Sharon Malaiarasu — AI Researcher
I’m an AI researcher and engineer interested in how intelligent systems can turn complex data into useful insights. My perspective is simple: Data is the foundation, but agents are the future. My journey started at Thoughtworks, where I grew from Intern to Senior Consultant and worked on large-scale data and AI systems. One of the most exciting projects I contributed to was PRINCE, a multi-agent knowledge engine that enables researchers to query complex preclinical studies using natural language. This project was honored with the Bayer's GenAI Award for Best Use Case. Now, as an MS in Artificial Intelligence student at Northeastern University’s Khoury College, I’m exploring the foundations of agentic workflows, LLM systems, and knowledge-driven search. I enjoy working on the “unstructured → structured” problem space—whether that means transforming messy PDFs into usable data pipelines or designing coordinated multi-agent systems using LangGraph and CrewAI. 🚀 Actively seeking 2026 Internship / Co-op opportunities in Agentic AI. Core Tech: Python, Scala, AWS, Terraform, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and Multi-Agent Orchestration.
