  • My responsibility was to help in the transition, by having frequent and regular interaction with the Business Line People to understand the Business Requirements and defining entire business process and then Capturing the Business Requirements in form of Use Cases / User Stories and Use Case Diagrams according to the business needs. "Mission Control Centre" was an application which was to enable these FLCLs as well as the top management to monitor and control the day to day performance of all these businesses, giving them an insight into the KPIs of the business.
  • My responsibility, as a Business Analyst, was to interact with the FLCLs (the primary stakeholders) for understanding and analysing their respective FLCBs, know their KPIs, understand how the KPIs were captured and measured, help them benchmark their KPIs and finally help build a dashboard that would reflect these parameters in a visual format to the management for a quick decision making.
