• Worked in the field of public healthcare project sponsored by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Led the qualitative research and the strategy design process. My key area of responsibilities were creation of the research plan, designing research tool, conducting field surveys, user interviews along with applied ethnographic study in multiple geographical locations.
• Datas were mapped and analysed through the socio-cultural lens to build a framework as strategic output. Based on the framework we developed innovative solutions which has been successfully tested out and accepted for national level implementation to resolve the issues for under 5 child mortality rate in rural India.

• As a first UX researcher in the team, I was responsible to foster user research practice into design process. Applied variety of user research methods to understand user pain points within the end to end journey, created user journey map, conducted surveys, in-depth interviews and used subjective analysis process to create research synthesis in a story telling manner. which helped other team members to introspect and gain better understanding about the user needs, goal and their motivation.
• Based on the research findings we have created design concepts, features, refined the user flows of multiple aspects of the product and validated through usability testing.

• As a part of my master thesis I designed and developed a wearable device to improve the condition of women who are suffering from urinary incontinence.
• The product is a first-of-its-kind which functions by stimulating targeted sacral nerves, when non-invasively attached to the lower back region and allows the patient to improve self control on wearing it and restores urinary function with usage over time in therapeutic manner.
