• Started building and working for a new motion design team in Gojek, to integrate fluid motion design across all the designs in the app.
• Built a design language system for motion that integrated into Gojek's native design language system.
• Managing and executing motion design work requests from different product design streams in Gojek. Developed a system for handling product requests and handing over motion design specifications to developers so that the motion design is documented and implemented efficiently.
• Made interactive prototypes and UI animations using Protopie, Principle and After Effects

• Worked on redesigning the home page of Gojek. Designed a new dock for housing all the apps and services, designed Information architecture and worked on multiple prototypes for testing the designs with users. Worked with cross functional teams and collaborated with multiple product stake holders to execute the project and deliver designs on time. Also worked closely with the research team to gain market insights and analytics about user mental models and usage patterns. These insights helped in making hypotheses which were the basis of our designs, and were validated later during user testing sessions.
• Designed and tested a rewards section for Gojek for showcasing and selling all promotions, offers, vouchers and subscriptions Gojek offered, all in one place. This had to be in harmony with the new designs of the home screen.
• Worked on several experimental features that would be released in short sprints to validate the feasibility and user acceptance. Several short term campaigns including a subscription feature, gamification and rewards program to promote cross selling.
