It started with a broken necklace. In 2018, my favorite leather pearl necklace snapped. Instead of throwing it away, I fixed it myself. That small decision turned into my first brand, Made by Caitlyn. I loved creating the product. But what I fell in love with was building demand for it. I studied hooks at midnight. Tested messaging.
