• At InsurFin, I held a dynamic, cross-functional role that spanned product leadership, domain analysis, team management, and brand strategy. As a Subject Matter Analyst, I interfaced with insurance domain experts to gather detailed business requirements and transform them into actionable data inputs. In my capacity as Product Head, I led the design and development of InsurFin’s digital applications across Android, iOS, and web platforms, overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment.

I also worked closely with multiple technology partners to drive seamless integration and system interoperability. In addition, I was responsible for InsurFin’s content and branding strategy, which included enhancing user interfaces and creating cohesive marketing and brand content to support user engagement and product positioning.

• Worked on my PhD thesis titled “AI-Based Narrative Arc Generation for Coherent and Engaging Learning Experience”.
• In this work, we propose the concept of “Narrative arc” that aims to automatically construct coherent learning sequences in a domain-agnostic way, so as to increase learner engagement. The idea here is to formulate the learning experience in the form of an interactive “narrative” narrated by the learning environment to the learner.
• Towards this end, we propose a neural network-based model to automatically generate semantically coherent and pedagogically progressive learning pathways. We also propose various semantic models based on pre-trained language models to automatically generate engagement enhancing learning content called “narrative fragments”. Narrative fragments are interspersed between the learning pathways to create interactive learning narratives.

I developed robust backend components and streamlined workflows, contributing to improved system efficiency and operational automation. My responsibilities included translating business requirements into technical design, writing optimized code, and mentoring junior team members.
