I am a curious and inquisitive earthling donning the hat of HR in my professional sphere. I started with recruitment (almost 2 years) and then picked up on a generalist profile under the tutelage of some excellent senior mentors. The role enabled me to ideate, strategize and execute processes, policies and workflows from scratch, taught me how to drive a cohesive band of diverse people towards a common goal and also helped me see and perceive different shades of earthlingness.

 - Change management : Ideating, creating, documenting, communicating and implementing initiatives, policies and processes - Optimising existing workflows to better align with the goals they try to achieve - Set goals (OKRs) in alignment with business requirement (Tools : Zoho HRMS, PeopleCues) - Analysing data contextually to break it down to meaningful initiatives - Engage with people to know what drives, motivates and demotivates them - Bringing in the right talent : both adding to the skills and culture of the team Apart from this, I love watching movies from all over the world, listening to music, reading and travelling.
