• Zealots Consulting Inc. Executive Search was founded by Cliff Tang in 1997. Mr. Tang has 15+ years of combined IT/HR experience with firms including: IBM and Compaq Canada, Accenture, MAXIMUS BC Health Insurance, Wood West & Partners Inc., MDSI, Eagle Professional Resources, and The British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Tang holds a Co-operative Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Organizational Development and a Minor in Human Kinetics. In addition, he holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), from Royal Roads University in Leadership & Organizational Development, and he is a graduate advisor for MBA learners finishing their final research projects. Cliff is also a Certified Canadian Human Resources Professional (CPHR), and an active Human Resources Management Association member. He is a past Microsoft Technical Trainer (Windows) and he has been a past Director for the Canadian Information Processing Society from 1998 - 2002.
