o Taking Quality inspector’s Poison tests periodically to optimize their performance and skills.
o Prepare Process capability sheets, Trouble reports, One-point standards and On Job Trainings, PDIRs etc. Daily rejection monitoring and doing the red bin analysis.
o In-process quality problem verification, Root-causes analysis along with production team and making its corrective plans.
