About

I've spent 25 years building products at some of the most influential technology companies in the world — Salesforce, Google, eBay — and I'm still most energized at the intersection of complex problems and high customer expectations. A deep understanding of what your customer truly needs is the most powerful alignment tool available — it focuses the organization, shapes technology decisions, and creates a clear basis for prioritization and direction. I ground my product leadership in exactly that: using customer understanding to prioritize ruthlessly, set a clear direction, and communicate a vision the team can execute against — one that moves the business forward. Today I'm Head of Product at Trebellar, where I'm applying that experience to a category ready for a step change. Trebellar is an AI-native platform purpose-built for corporate real estate — helping enterprise teams eliminate manual work, cut costs, and make faster, more confident portfolio decisions.

Clio - cloud-based legal technology

Director of Product Design

Dec 2024Feb 2026 · 1 yr 2 mos · Remote

  • Led cross-product alignment for Clio’s multi-product experience, bridging 5+ distinct products and various acquisitions into a unified platform. I worked at the intersection of logic, emotion, and intuition to resolve the organizational and technical puzzles that prevented a cohesive user journey at scale.
  • Core Responsibilities & Impact:
  • Multi-Product Information Architecture: Developed a foundational information architecture and shared interaction model that unified disparate data and mental models from multiple acquisitions. By centering the experience on the essential jobs-to-be-done and core objects—the Case and the Client—I created a pragmatic structural blueprint that allows independent teams to build with coherence and create a value multiplier as each additional product is used by customers.
  • PLG Strategy: Served as a founding member of the Product-Led Growth (PLG) leadership team, defining the "connective tissue" that drove cross-product discovery and retention experiences. I anchored product experience strategy in essential user jobs-to-be-done to turn information architecture into a driver for scalable business growth.
  • Leadership: Built and led a team of 10 designers responsible for the Clio platform and core experiences. I mentored the team in systems thinking to deliver high-traffic core experiences, including Communications, Search, Document Management, and Administration.
  • Strategic Alignment: Negotiated between business strategy and technical constraints to break through calcified thinking, ensuring that every product addition strengthened the overall ecosystem rather than increasing fragmentation.
