About

I’ve never been good at things I wasn’t deeply interested in and for over 20 years, I’ve been drawn to creating experiences people remember. I’ve built worlds where technology, culture, and human connection meet: environments that feel real, not manufactured. Today I focus on strategy, concepts, and experiential architecture and designing conferences and live formats where people don’t just attend, they feel present. I work with Web3, tech, and cultural teams who value contribution over extraction and who want to bring more honesty, depth, and intention into the room. If you want to build something alive, we should talk.

Ethereum Day — Event Lead

Oct 2025Nov 2025 · 1 mo · Buenos Aires Province, Argentina · Hybrid

  • I was contracted seven weeks before Devconnect to run Ethereum Day end-to-end — the 2500-person opening event that sets tone and direction for the week. I led delivery across audience flow, cultural integration, vendor management, speaker coordination, Run of Show, and post-production. Grateful for the EF/Devconnect team whose clarity, collaboration, and low-ego approach made it possible.

Ethprague

Co-Founder & Co-Executive Director

Nov 2021Present · 4 yrs 6 mos · On-site

  • One of Europe’s most respected Ethereum gatherings — intentionally intimate, curated, and culture-driven. Instead of scaling attendance, we scaled quality of thought, contributors, and connection.
  • Scale: 100+ speakers · 1,000+ attendees · 500 hackers · 4 stages · 3 days annually
  • My role:
  • I co-founded and directed ETHPrague end-to-end — designing the experiential identity, sourcing venues, curating creative teams, and leading partnerships and revenue. I negotiated with 200+ partners globally and ensured the event remained financially sustainable each year.
  • Impact:
  • A trusted annual gathering for core Ethereum builders
  • Helped position Prague as a European Ethereum hub
  • University outreach onboarded hundreds of new students
  • Respected locally + internationally for depth over hype
  • ETHPrague isn’t just an event — it’s a cultural node.

Duct tape s.r.o.

Co-Founder & Executive Producer | Global Ethereum & Web3 Events

Nov 2021Present · 4 yrs 6 mos · Prague, Czechia · On-site

  • I co-founded Duct Tape to produce experiences that move people — gatherings where ideas, builders, and communities connect in real time. We work across Web3, tech and culture, delivering events that are memorable not because they are big, but because they are deeply felt.
  • I focus on strategy, partnerships, and experiential direction — working alongside my two co-founders to take projects from concept to reality with precision, creativity, and calm execution.
  • What we do
  • Produce ETHPrague, EthereumZuri.ch, and Web3 events across continents
  • Build partnerships with 250+ teams globally
  • Deliver stage programs, hackathons, and activations that leave a mark
  • Run operational logistics end-to-end — always financially responsible
  • Impact
  • Helped position Prague and Zurich as European Ethereum hubs
  • Expanded presence across Europe, Asia, South America & the Middle East
  • Supported ETHGlobal when they came to Prague in 2025
  • Built formats that focus on connection, not hype
  • Proud of what we’ve built — and always refining what comes next.

Paralelní polis

Creative Producer | Hackers Congress

May 2021Nov 2021 · 6 mos · Prague, Czechia

  • As Creative Producer at Paralelní Polis, I entered the world of cypherpunks, decentralized tech, and self-sovereignty. I helped plan and deliver Hackers Congress (HCPP21), an annual gathering of key minds in cryptography, privacy, and decentralized finance. The role shaped my understanding of digital freedom, community-driven spaces, and live formats that challenge the norm.

The element

Founder & Managing Director | Live Brand Experiences

Sep 2014Nov 2022 · 8 yrs 2 mos · Revoluční 1082/8 110 00 Praha 1

  • Live Brand Experiences & Cultural Activations (2014–2021)
  • I built The Element from the ground up into a boutique experiential agency crafting immersive brand worlds for Pernod Ricard, Diageo, Red Bull, Škoda Auto, Heineken and others. We didn’t replicate — we invented. Each project was designed as a world people felt, not just visited, often creating formats that hadn’t existed on our local market before.
  • What defined my role
  • Experiential design as a core discipline — vibes, emotion, flow
  • Narrative-driven brand activations
  • Full E2E production ownership: budget, ops, vendors, staffing, timeline
  • Independent delivery of high-budget projects (~400k EUR responsibility)
  • On-time, on-budget execution under high stakes and impossible deadlines
  • Navigating stakeholders from CEOs to crew with equal respect & clarity
  • Turning ambitious visions into living, human environments
  • This is where I learned to hold complexity, steer high-pressure delivery, and build experiences from nothing — original formats, new aesthetics, no templates. It forged my instinct for experiential architecture, trust, and responsibility.

Quix art of inspiration

Business Manager

Sep 2012Aug 2014 · 1 yr 11 mos · Czech Republic

  • My time at QUIX was my formal entry into structured event production — a place where I learned agency processes, pitching, procurement, timelines, and client handling from the inside. I built relationships with corporate clients through clear communication and concept-led thinking, often winning work through ideas, not just proposals.
  • What I delivered
  • New client acquisition through concept-driven pitching
  • Full client management for Heineken, Kofola, O2 Telefonica
  • Experience design + vendor collaboration across brand activations
  • Strategic communication + creative development of long-term campaigns
  • A highlight was securing Kofola — a major European beverage brand — and co-designing their new-circus festival zone with an architectural partner. The concept was adopted and repeated for eight years, proving that thoughtful experiential design can outlive a single season.
  • This role built my foundation: structure, negotiation, ownership, and ideas that scale.

Aerofilms

2 roles

Production Specialist & Event Coordinator

Aug 2010Feb 2012 · 1 yr 6 mos

  • In charge of coordinating video mapping eI worked with Aerofilms to create two breakthrough cultural concepts — Aeroport, a pop-up venue at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, and Cinema Royal, a site-specific “secret cinema” series in locations the public could normally never enter.
  • We staged one of the first large-scale videomapping performances at Karlovy Vary IFF in collaboration with The Macula (later founders of the SIGNAL Festival), experimented with non-venues as cultural space, and built experiences driven by mystery, narrative, and place.
  • This is where I learned how to negotiate access to forbidden spaces, ensure safety in non-traditional environments, and build anticipation through secret messaging. It’s also where I met mentor Jiří Šebesta, who shaped how I communicate, negotiate, and produce today.
  • Highlights
  • Aeroport — pop-up club/café/gallery at Karlovy Vary IFF
  • Cinema Royal — immersive secret screenings in off-limits venues
  • Early videomapping show (with The Macula → founders of SIGNAL)
  • Negotiated access, safety approval & city coordination
  • Built world-driven experiences with dress code & narrative revealvents for Vodafone

Creative Producer

Jan 2005Aug 2014 · 9 yrs 7 mos · Prague

  • In my twenties, I produced my own cultural events — concept-driven parties that blended music, art, and brand collaboration. I learned how to take an idea, fund it, stage it, and fill a room — and that creativity only scales when it’s supported by financial discipline and runway.
  • Highlights
  • Developed original live concepts and secured sponsors based on narrative
  • Delivered 50+ immersive events across clubs, festivals & cultural venues
  • Built teams, booked artists, ran budgets, and handled full delivery
  • Brought new formats to the Czech nightlife scene with bold experiential ideas
  • Brands + Collaborations

  • T-Mobile · Toni&Guy · Radio 1 · Re:dress · Education Parties
  • This era forged my signature: concept first, experience designed, executed with real energy and real people.
