• Led a team of 20+ developers to build the next-gen Commerce platform for Atlassian. With the mission to simplify and unify billing experience for all Atlassian cloud products, I led the order management and entitlement teams within Commerce to build the new billing platform, scaling it to migrate 80%+ revenue from the legacy platform as well as onboard 5+ new products to the new billing platform.
• In the process, scaled the team from 8 engineers to 23 engineers. Along the way, redefined our ways of working to help the team scale effectively.

• The first principal engineer for the Atlassian India site, helped design the new billing platform for Atlassian. Also, actively involved in shaping the hiring process for principal engineers across Atlassian, multiple site-branding initiatives.

• Part of the initial team for CureFit. Responsible for building many core services like order management service, invoicing systems, customer support dashboard, catalogue management service.
• Designed the backend systems for Eat.fit to enable tech-driven operations, and helped them scale as we went beyond product-market fit stage. Also, designed some digital offerings like gamification, smart nutritionist and more.

• Led the entire product matching effort for different markets, including US, Brazil and Canada. Designed the end to end architecture for product matching, making it highly configurable. Also implemented various scheduling algorithms like Multi Armed Bandit strategy to reduce cost, as well as reduce the time-to-detect new matches.
