• Working as a part of Service Recovery Team and continuously improving the gratification lifecycle i.e. users are granted correct coupon , refund or any other form of gratification with ease.
• Redesigned the existing policy to incorporate edge case of side items in gratification process. After the optimization the leakage was reduced and customer satifaction score was up by 5%.

• Successfully decreased the total build and test execution duration from 80 minutes to 17 minutes through the refactoring of test case structures
