• TMS enables companies to transform their transportation operations by managing end-to-end business processes from transportation network modelling to planning to execution, carrier collaboration, and last-mile delivery.
• Constructed 18+ features as the lead product designer for a year.
• While following SCRUM methodology, collaborated with their product, development, and platform teams to design accessible and scalable modules.
• Worked with a robust design system to bridge gaps between design and development.
• Earned a net promoter score of 10/10 at RB, after being the first person to join BY’s team, which led to a bigger RB team at BY.

• B2B FMCG mobile application
• Hindustan Unilever has nearly 90 years of presence and 50+ FMCG brands in India. It is a subsidiary of Unilever, one of the world’s leading suppliers.
• Shikhar is an online ordering platform designed exclusively for HUL retailers.
• Have been associated with the product team of Shikhar as a lead designer for about 1.5 years.
• Created and updated 25+ features in my tenure.
• While building modules, we also upgraded the design system to comply with the latest accessibility guidelines.
• Our revamp increased the average time spent by users per day by 31.2%. We were also glad to see a proportional increase in the number of items being added to the cart.
• Along with the projects:
• Took L&D sessions, wherein we tried to bridge the gap between the working styles of the existing and new joiners.
• Held Figma learning sessions at RB and BY to obtain consistency in Figma usage and reduce the learning curve for all the designers.

• From servers to laptops, from components to accessories, Supertron is a leading IT & Telecom distribution & services intermediary in India.
• SuperSetu is a B2B transparent E-commerce platform for dealers and distributors to explore the best deals on electronic goods and place orders.
• Designed web and mobile versions with 20+ features for different user segments in 2 months.
• As the lead designer, I created a scalable design guide to aid fellow team members in reutilising existing components while also having the flexibility to add new elements as and when needed.
• We also coordinated with their dev team to avoid any hiccups in the development phase.
• Ultimately, our work attained the trust and accolades from the client.

• Uniphore is the conversational AI & automation platform that unlocks the value of every conversation. It combines computer vision, voice AI and tonal emotion.
• Akeira uses NLU machine learning models to understand the intent of end-user queries and provides relevant responses in multiple languages. It can also securely connect with back-end APIs and knowledge base to present end user’s with account-specific data.
• I was brought into the team when certain upgrades were required.
• It was a short-term appointment that exposed me to 4 different modules of the product.

• The most recent freelance work was a collaboration project with an associate to develop a portfolio website.
• Brainstormed and collaborated on Slack and Zoom for regular work updates and demo sessions.
• Developed a responsive website that helped him attract more potential opportunities.
• Recent highlights:
• Improved UI/UX design skills by consistently creating modern yet practical prototypes for multiple industries. Posted these designs on Dribbble which lead to gaining plentiful views and positive feedbacks.
• Along with short projects, I also indulged in creating thorough UI/UX case studies for Behance, where I earned 2300+ project views, 200+ appreciations, and 90+ followers.
• UI/UX designers design for the users, therefore to learn more about the thinking process of all the users I created an Instagram page to share my knowledge and designs. It procured 1200+ followers.
• To make the process of getting to know me, my work, experiences, and designs effortless, I designed and developed my portfolio website which received very optimistic responses and opened a vast domain of opportunities.

• Worked closely with their team to understand and familiarise myself with their goal.
• Since they didn’t have any certain pre-existing themes, I glanced at their projects and provided them with a fresh theme and a UI style guide.
• Delivered a modern, detailed, and functional UI design, which despite the very short deadline, engrossed 98% positive feedback during team meetings.
• Received a great response from the users with a 650+ customer conversion rate.

• Designed various web and mobile mockups including the main website, product pages, event pages, portals, and school competition webpages.
• Collaborated with the team to understand the motive and build the flow of the project, in turn decreasing the bounce rate.
• Initiated, led, and coordinated with the backend developer to meet the brief deadlines.
• Focused on the project’s motive, target audience, the pre-existing theme, and created innovative designs that garnered highly positive feedback in the moderated tests.
• Organised various fun and intriguing team-building exercises during the monthly captainship period.
• Conversed with the users in real-time, recognized their pain points, and constantly updated the design to provide a delightful experience.

• Developed my skills in Android studio, Google firebase, and java.
• The app needed 3 major divisions, for the admin, data entry operators, and other employees, with each having their own functionalities. I solely completed the project in the given timeframe.
• Implemented micro-interactions like changing the welcome image as per the time of the day, to make it more compelling.
• The IT head was impressed with my work and was eager to get it into action for his organisation.
