• Created a product www.jobstudio.in. The website was aimed at providing one stop Recruitment Solutions to IT startups throughout the country. The website was based on a model through which organizations would get a personalized list of probable candidates for any vacancy. These candidates would then appear for an online pre assessment test, post which they could be interviewed through the website's integrated video services. Selected candidates could also be checked for their background through the website only. The website stands dysfunctional as of 1st January 2015. The project failed due to insufficiency of funds and due to a personal derivation that a lot more personal experience is needed for the success of such a project.
