My job responsibilities includes understanding profiles, sourcing , selecting, and on-boarding the candidates and maintaining relationship with the colleges to conduct campus drives which includes:- - Working with internal business units to collaboratively obtain the demand, and actively participate in designing the campus hiring strategy. - Reaching out to colleges and building association with them for conducting placement drives. - Conducting end to end Campus Recruitment Pan India (on-campus/open source) - Negotiating with campuses for packages and a better hiring slot by having constant communication with them. - Conducting Pre-Placement Talks for campuses before each drive. - Shortlisting candidates received from campuses through Group discussions, Written Test and Personal Interviews along with there respective Zonal/Cluster managers. - Communicating the final selects to the campuses and getting their acceptance. - Onboarding campus hires by collecting and verifying there documents and ensure smooth onboarding process. - Co-ordinating with the candidates and assisting them with the joining process. - First point of contact for campus hires and stakeholders to help resolve queries as a responsible HRBP. - Conducting in depth seasonal review for campus hiring and providing analysis and considerations for future campus Experienced in managing and executing full-lifecycle recruiting processes for assigned functions or regions. This includes sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants, advising managers on hiring decisions, and stakeholder management throughout the process.
