As a part of my job, I work on escalated customer issues. My primary focus is NVIDIA AI Enterprise, vGPU, vGaming, and Omniverse customers.
The customers can be from different domains such as healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, AI, computer vision, robotics, AECO, M&E, etc. I understand their environment and the user workloads. I troubleshoot and isolate the problem. I collaborate with the 3rd party vendors, ISVs, system integrators, and solution providers. I work with stakeholders within NVIDIA. And finally, resolve the problem satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
Once the problem is resolved, I look for opportunities to improve the docs.
I have an in-depth understanding of Windows/Linux/Virtualized drivers. I learn new things daily and keep myself updated on complex platform/system architectures.
For the past few months, I have been gearing up for Omniverse/Isaac Sim and Cloud Native large scale deployments.
