My goal is simple: simplify complexity to ship faster, without compromising on quality or performance. What I bring to the table: - Architectural Leadership: Spearheading the adoption of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) to unify logic across Android and iOS. - Growth Engineering: Driving technical roadmaps that directly impact activation metrics and retention. - Performance Obsession: Deep tuning of page-load times, network instrumentation, and optimising on size increase due to new tech stack - Team Building: Mentoring engineers to transition from task execution to ownership.
