• As a key member of the Central SRE Team at Egencia, I serve as the primary point of contact for all SRE-related queries, ensuring smooth operations and system reliability. My focus is on optimising cost and efficiency by leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Key responsibilities:
• 1) Migrating AWS infrastructure into Terraform modules to enhance scalability and maintainability.
• 2) Developing and maintaining Jenkins pipelines for automated deployments and CI/CD processes.
• 3) Managing networking components, including CDN, NGINX Plus Ingress Controller(Nginx Config Management),AWS Route 53, AWS Networking Components and DNS management, to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
• 4) Monitoring, logging, and tracing with DataDog, AWS Cloudwatch/CloudTrail to proactively identify and resolve issues, improving system reliability.
• 5) Driving cost management initiatives to optimise cloud expenditure while maintaining high operational efficiency.
• 6) Managing AWS Managed Resources(EKS Clusters, AWS FSx Fileshare, MQ, SQS, SNS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc).

• I was working in SAP Signavio CloudOS Managed Infrastructure Services Team where we are working towards providing Managed AWS Infrastructure services within CloudOS group within Signavio.
• We as a Team creates centralised services which are used across Signavio teams such as AWS Amazon MQ(Rabbit MQ), S3, KMS, SQS, SNS, etc.
• My contribution is towards writing IAC with AWS CDK for centralised services and setting up successful automations such as Mirroring of GitHub organisation from Github.com to Github Enterprise Server using GitHub Actions for data backup and disaster recovery with 100% sync.
• Writing Auditing Scripts so that verification can be done for the optimised results of GitHub Mirroring.

• I was part of the SAP Signavio CloudOS-SecOps team, where our focus is on providing infrastructure security to all the platform teams by adhering to best security practices. My contributions include setting up GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL) within SecOps and planning the migration roadmap for other Signavio teams. I also worked on a proof of concept (POC) for the KICKS infrastructure scanning tool and made continuous updates to security policies as code using tools such as Kyverno. Recently, I deployed CloudTrail across multiple AWS accounts to establish centralised monitoring within the AWS ecosystem using the Infrastructure as Code tool, AWS CDK.
