• My role at Samsung Design Delhi is designing UX solutions for India/SWA region, for mobile, visual displays, wearables and consumer electronics along with mentoring designers.
• Translating the on-field research, secondary research, surveys into insights and users pain point to make impactful design solutions. Multiple stakeholders like project managers, engineers, designers are involved proactively in brainstorming, drafting concepts, iterations and final development.
• Few of the projects I have worked on are M Series (M01 Core), S Bike, S walk, S health for mobile and visual display, Vanity Air Dresser (consumer electronics), a Multi device experience solution including Samsung Smart watch, visual display and mobile.

• At Infoedge, my primary role was redesigning the Jeevansathi website and its Android application. I collaborated with product managers, developers, designers, and marketing teams. The project involved extensive research, including contextual inquiries, surveys, and persona development, supported by market analysis, stakeholder feedback, and user data. The design process encompassed conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes, ensuring a seamless user experience from concept to testing.

• At Borqs, I handled designing and customizing apps for the operator's packs, designing new in-house apps with enhanced android functionality. I had the opportunity of working closely with developers’ team discussing ideas, fixing issues, learning a bit of coding from them to communicate better and sometimes handling the clients directly.
• A variety of applications were designed for Android ICS and Jellybean platform, like unified contacts app, unified messaging app, camera app, file manager app, back-up app, dialer app to name a few.

• Teaching has been an immensely rewarding experience, enhancing both my subject matter expertise and mentoring skills. As a visiting faculty member, I develop course content and teach Design Basics, Design Methodology, and User Research Methods for M.Des. and B.Des. programs. I take great pleasure in sharing knowledge from a practitioner’s perspective and gaining insights into the thought processes of emerging designers.

• My primary responsibilities involved direct client engagements, collaborating with stakeholders and simultaneously designing for various client projects, all while fostering strong client relationships.
• Designed applications for Android, iPhone, iPad, and Windows 8 platforms. This included Android ICS and Jellybean apps such as unified contacts, unified messaging, camera, file manager, backup, and dialer apps, as well as TxtWeb, which was recently launched (http://www.txtweb.com/androidapp/).
• Developed a mobile version of Intuit's QuickBooks for the iPhone platform. QuickBooks is a finance manager for small and medium-sized organizations, allowing users to manage finances, track money flow, send client reminders, create and share estimates and invoices, and utilize a calendar for bill payments and upcoming events.
• Designed a travel application for Windows Phone, enabling users to search and book tickets, view and share itineraries, share trip images on social media, and receive recommendations for dining, drinking, and sightseeing at their destination.

• Primarily worked with Nokia Shenzhen team for innovative and experimental products.

• A low cost e-book reader for developing countries — My responsibilities included a research on needs of users in India for ebook, suggesting new features for Indian market and designing UI for the same and doing user testing of the product and UI.
• Designing for a new mobile device — We did a survey in India, Africa and China to understand mobile users, their expectations, behaviours and needs.
• Conceptualization and exploring wearable technology — This project is about designing wearable technology for near future.
