• As an intern at Delhivery, I worked on two projects.
• My first project was "Router Engine", which was an Optimization problem. I have developed and implemented algorithms to solve NP-hard problem, capacitated vehicle routing problem with time windows, heterogenous fleet and multiple depots. The objective of project is to obtain a feasible set of routes with minimum costs. For this, I have implemented an Open Source Java library OptaPlanner, a constraint satisfaction engine which optimizes planning problems. It combines optimization heuristics and metaheuristics with very efficient score calculation.
• Then unit testing was also perfomed using the JUnit unit testing framework to check all constraints were satisfied or not.
• My second project was "Prediction of Mode of Transfer for Goods". The problem is a text classification problem where we were given a text (client names and product name) and their labelled MOTs, using learning method or learning algorithm, we then wish to learn a classifier or classification function that maps product name and client name to the MOT for the product. For this, I implemented various classification methods in search of good accuracy prediction which includes Gaussian Naive Bayes, Multinomial Naive Bayes and Convolution Neural Networks. To implement CNN, I have used Tensorflow library, an open source library for Machine Intelligence and the accuracy achieved was pretty good.

• As Teaching Assistant for Java course, it is my responsibility to assist the professor in conducting the lab sessions for the students. Clearing the doubts of the students regarding the lab assignments and mentor them in their Course projects are the major tasks.

• “MonsterData Web App” - Designed and developed a web portal under the guidance of Ms.Jyoti Luhadiya (Joint Director, DoIT). A portal where students from different colleges and universities of Rajasthan can log-in, view and modify their personal/academic information. This updated information will be collected and sent to Monster.

• A Web-based weather data analysis platform was made using ASP.NET and C#. SQL Server was used for database management part. The website displays data and graphs according to the selected statistical parameters from the menu. Data was fed into an excel sheet and MATLAB code was written to process that data. The final excel sheets were imported to the SQL Server. For the analysis part, Weka (data mining tool) was used.
• The whole process starting from weather station to the web display was automated hence, Smart Weather Reporting.
