• Aug 2020 to Present – Manager Business & Program Operations– My role is divided into three main areas: Networking XEON Validation XEON / XEON-D program operations & Capital Operations support, and India Operations Support:
• XEON / XEON-D Program Operations: My primary duty involves managing sizing initiatives for upcoming programs at different milestones based on the requirements of stakeholder business units, contributing to the planning process, and supplying data for Long Range Planning and What-If analyses at the corporate level.
• Capital Operations Support: I provide a comprehensive overview of the GSD & Capital summary at the division level while ensuring that all transactions are processed promptly through the order system.
• iVE India Operations Support: I assist with the BCP process at the site, facilitate a GPTW volunteer system, oversee program milestones, and address ad-hoc requests.

• Dec 2017 to July 2020 – IAGS Global Operations - Country Manager India – I was responsible for the overall health of teams in India, managing business risks, and developing and executing the growth strategy for India, including Space and Labs. A key area of responsibility also included creating an outsourcing strategy and compliance framework. Additionally, I took on the role of Business Continuity Champion for India, particularly during the Covid-19 emergency.

• Aug 2016 to Nov 2017 – Risk & Controls Manager – Intel India R&D – This position was focused on R&D Controls & Compliance at the India site. My main responsibilities included designing risk assessments, developing audit programs, executing testing, and reporting results for operational audits in key business areas. I maintained annual risk assessments, tested controls, negotiated control improvements with relevant business owners, ensured resolution of identified control gaps, and supported audits conducted by the Internal Audit organization and Ethics Compliance reviews, while representing India in various Risk & Controls and Ethics Compliance forums.

• Apr 2011 to July 2016 – Marketing Manager Intel Developer Zone SSG DRD APJ (Software Services Group – Developer Relations Division)
• IDZ Marketing (Apr 2011 to Jul 2016): I developed and led the strategy for the RealSense Intel Developer Zone in the APJ region, creating outreach initiatives—such as events, print materials, online campaigns, contests, and communities—to boost awareness and participation among developers and partners. Over the last two years, I engaged in more than 10 offline events, three contests, over 10 content syndications, and more than 20 webinars, reaching over 150,000 software developers across APJ.
• Startup Program (Sep 2012 to Jul 2016): I championed the Startup Connect program for APJ and expanded it in India, Indonesia, Korea, and Singapore through partnerships with ecosystem organizations such as Nasscom, TIE, YourStory, TechInAsia, Kotra, and NUS.
• Business Operations & Chief of Staff (Nov 2009 to Jul 2016): I was responsible for streamlining execution processes, influencing large projects and NRE deals for the GEO, and increasing the GEO's influence through a larger resource pool (HC & $) and project output from Asia Pacific & Japan. I managed the planning process, POR on a page, and budgets (BTI, Capital, and Discretionary) for the region and the labs.

• May 2004 to Mar 2011 – Delivery Manager (SSG – DRD) – I began my career at Intel as a Training Coordinator, responsible for delivering training to key software developer communities and educational institutions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. This program eventually evolved into an Academic Influencing initiative, where I played a crucial role in establishing strategic partnerships with major universities and institutes, including VTU, UPTU, IIT-Kanpur, IISC, IIT-Delhi, NUS, NTU, USM, and MMU. I led a proof-of-concept project enabling VTU to include Parallel Programming in its Engineering Curriculum and received four divisional recognition awards from the GEO VP and one group recognition award from the Group Head.
