• Maintaining resumes data base for future requirements.
• Maintaining all the candidates documents in open drive
• Scheduling interviews with candidates & panel, with proper co-ordination from both the end.
• Follow-up call on interviews schedules & interviews lineups & informing panel if any backout
• Checking LinkedIn responses for CV's received
• Checking Naukri responses for CV's received
• Actively participating in taking interviews with technical person.
• Updating tracker like Exit employee data, Referral amount paid data, portal tracker-BA referral, Blink data, Employee communication data
• Follow-up for leave approval from employees and their manager's
• Preparing Confirmation letters/Probation extension letters
