• Extensive experience working on the Functional positions and Non- IT roles that is assigned
• Verify the applications sent by the candidates and shortlist them according to the requirement of the client using the ATS (Kizuna)
• Screen the candidates based on their technical abilities, work history, education, industry experience, location, salary expectations, communication, and soft skills and helped them in elaborating their experience in the resume
• Help them with the registration to upload the required onboarding documents
• Coordinate with the Candidates and Account Manager to schedule the interview as requested in Client communication tool for Phone, In- Person and Skype Interview as required

• Maintained active database of the candidates and made sure that the requirements are closed within the turnaround time(TAT)

• Executed salary/pay rate negotiations ensuring ranges fall within in acceptable gross profit margins
