I spent 8 years on the other side of the therapy room. Multiple misdiagnoses. Systemic failures. Poor quality care that left me questioning everything about mental healthcare. But here's what I realized: The problem wasn't that there weren't enough therapists. The problem was that brilliant, well-intentioned practitioners were set up to fail from day one. Fresh out of school with minimal business training. Struggling to find quality supervision. Fighting administrative chaos instead of focusing on client care. Burning out before they even got started. So I decided to do something about it. I'm building Vinyasa - not just another healthcare startup, but a mission to help mental health practitioners become the successful, skilled private practice owners they're meant to be. My background? I've spent 4 years as a brand consultant, helping 50+ startups reduce sales cycles, grow their founders' personal brands, and build sustainable businesses. I reduced a B2B fintech's sales cycle from 6 months to 3. Grew C-suite LinkedIn profiles from 3K to 35K followers. Built systems that actually work. Now I'm using every bit of that entrepreneurial experience to solve the business side of mental healthcare. Because when practitioners succeed, therapy quality improves. And when therapy quality improves, people like my former self get the care they actually deserve.
