• Worked in the Viva Learning team to bring learning in the flow of work.
• I have driven the partner integrations with LMSs such as SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand & Saba Cloud and learning providers including Skillsoft, Udemy etc.
• Along with this, I led Microsoft-wide launch of Viva Learning, the front door learning platform for all Microsoft employees.
• Spearheaded the launch of Graph APIs, enabling all 3P partners to onboard Viva Learning.
• I also worked on personalization experiences within VL such as allowing users to block learning time on their calendars with the 'Add to Calendar' feature and enabling users to take charge of their learning progress by releasing features such as Learning Paths and Learning collections in Viva Learning. I drove end to end strategy and roadmap for these core LXP (Learning experience platform) features.
• I also drove various strategic experiments for improving overall MAU for Viva Learning.

• Worked on the ChatOps apps for Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Repos) and GitHub on Slack and Microsoft Teams.
• Created an innovative new interaction canvas of engagement by enabling users to be aware of and act on various services in Azure DevOps, right from Slack/Teams.
• Ideated and implemented personal assistant tool for developers in GitHub Teams app.
• Increased customer engagement by designing and implementing the URL unfurl feature.
• Worked on enhancing the Microsoft Volume Licensing tools, used by partners and customers to buy Microsoft products and licenses. Spearheaded the Accessibility effort for these tools.
• Also, received Microsoft Star performer award for excellent performance.
