I spent the last 13 years building 0->1 startups, primarily in the AI and SaaS space, including: 1) 0->1 bootstrapped now $7M ARR mental health marketplace; 2) 0->1 VC-backed AI-driven SaaS for automotive factory design within the largest IPO in the UK; 3) 0->1 corporate startup within an international travel tech company with 4000 employees now at $15M ARR. Don't ask me about failed ones. Doing this, I learned something important: → You don't need a product to get your first sales. Yes, even for an AI startup. Yet, most founders tend to think otherwise. The result? 80% of startups (in reality, even more) fail because they lack product-market fit.
