Back to logistics in leadership position with Amazon as Sr. Manager Operations & enjoying reaching the E Commerce revolution to rural India in an innovative way involving Ex Servicemen, NGO, Women, differently enabled people & first time entrepreneurs thus generating employment opportunities for rural youth & empowering rural folks & enabling then to have access to products from world wide market on line through different cost model partnership expanding the distribution network to over 250 cities in India in less than three years.
