About

AI is advancing fast, but people’s confidence and capability to use it productively haven’t kept up. And that’s killing your business. This is because you are not engaging people as people. You are engaging them as tech users. It’s time to book a talk that actually changes behaviour. Who I am I am a keynote speaker on AI and future skills who believes the real AI advantage isn’t productivity — it’s happier, more resilient people who know how to partner with it. What I do I help HR, L&D and business leaders go from feeling exposed, overwhelmed and behind on AI to feeling confident, courageous and ready to lead meaningful AI adoption. How I do it I do this through the AI Dividend™ Approach, which starts with hearts and minds and helps people use AI in ways that benefit both their work and their lives, not just organisational efficiency. Why I do it After seeing leaders go AI first instead of people first, I realised that resistance to AI is really about confidence and capability, and that people need support to identify their own AI Dividend. This increases AI adoption and innovation across organisations supporting people, change and profitability.
