As an award-winning B2B CMO, an inventor with two dozen+ patents (with new YOUnifiedAI filings pending), and a market category creator, I didn’t just keep up with innovation—I drove it. I started my career answering phones in telecom. Fifteen years later, I was helping lead one of the most transformative shifts in that industry — the birth of Open RAN. I learned how to build categories, scale teams, and connect billions of devices across the world. But what struck me most in my 23-year telecom career, was how disconnected the systems running businesses still were. Even the smartest companies were flying blind — data scattered across CRMs, spreadsheets, accounting tools, and inboxes. I watched decisions slow down not because leaders lacked insight, but because their tools didn’t talk to each other. That’s why I built YOUnifiedAI — to connect the disconnected.
