Team Performance: Driving team performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and workload management to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Recruitment Delivery: Overseeing the full recruitment process, from headhunting and screening to placement and post-placement follow-up.
Market Intelligence: Providing clients with insights through talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and market updates.
Leadership Meetings: Attending weekly leadership meetings with the leadership team to review team performance, targets, revenues, and discuss areas for improvement and team development.
Industry Engagement: Attending trade shows and networking events to stay up to date on market trends, products, and new clients.
