• Successfully developed a 0-1 In-House CRM product from scratch for a sales team of over 5000+ users to optimise revenue generation via sales/leads conversion.
• Responsible for building the query engine of the CRM powered by Elasticsearch handling approximately 2Tb of data which served as the backbone of the CRM
• Lead the calling integration of the CRM from start to end which was responsible for generating major revenue of CRM
• Integrated Dialer functionality into the CRM which furter enhanced the calling experience of sales agents by reducing the idle time by 1400 hrs per day.
• Integrated the IVR pipeline for Unacademy which had the highest lead conversation rate of 7 percent.
